’tis the season…

For snooping around the tree..

And trying to look innocent when you’ve been caught.

For loading into the car…

and squealing in anticipation of all the lights – colored, white, pretty, and gaudy – that we’re headed out to see.

For stopping at Starbucks…

and breaking bread (or cookie) with your Daddy.

‘Tis the season for knowing deep joy.

Sounds like a perfect evening!! I sooooo love going out to look at the lights but can’t get anyone to go with me any more. I guess I’m the only one who hasn’t outgrown them. 🙁

Can’t wait to see you all in just a few days. E is following in mommy’s ways — you had (and still have) snooping around the tree mastered!

Erin, that picture of B-Ro with his tounge sticking out near the tree is just magical.

So awesome! How do you get such sharp photos in that low of light??? Love it!

Thanks you guys!

Jen, what works for me in low light is really searching out the area of most contrast. I have trouble with my camera focusing in low light but if I can get my subject into the light a bit so there’s contrast in the eye then I can get it to grab focus. Then snap FAST since your shutter speed is bound to be slow.

I totally dig this idea, but . . . who writes the first letters you guys or us? (above says, you guys, however the email I got just said we write them.) What is the subject matter? Can we write about anything? I’m able to imagine this is a lot cheaper than therapy or medication for some folks. Can we include photos of our cats? How about recipes for vegan cupcakes? There is actually a chance I may have interesting things to write about. What is the statistical probability that the reader will treatment? Fantastic idea! You are all wonderful. Please advise.
