t-ball, again.

It’s Wednesday so we’ll be heading out for another t-ball game in a bit. I think I’ll leave my camera at home since I have these umpteen at hand. Here’s the rest of the story from last week.

My mom was in town and able to get a good luck kiss to our player through the fence…

During the t-ball “draft” (who knew there was such a thing!) our coaches – Brent and Brian – were able to amass a pretty fine team of neighborhood boys. Jagger, Ephraim and Will are all together, along with a few more school friends. Luke was in high demand though and our team lost him by a whisker. Boo!

See? All the usual suspects…

I can’t even talk about how big my baby Jude is. So don’t mention it or I’ll ban you from the blog.

When our game was over we headed to the next field to take in some of Luke’s game.

Luke is always up for having his picture taken, which is one of the million reasons why I love him.

The adorable Gatorade mustache is another.

And his determined sprint for third base after hitting his first ball? Yep, that’s a biggie too.

I always knew our little street was lucky to have all these boys. I just hope they’ll remember me when they hit the bigs.

Looks to me like all those little guys are winners, and so is that lens you were using!

Thank Erin for giving me a glimpse of all these precious ball players and the others too! I get to see a little of my star athletes in action since I’m so far away – BUT, we are planning to make a trip soon to see a game! And it does a grandmother’s heart good to see another grandmother loving on her grandkids!

Oh, I love baseball (er, t-ball) pictures. I thought for sure one of ours would play softball (I played for ten years) but, no. Sigh.
