holiday card templates are HERE!

Last Fall after spending countless hours browsing for the perfect holiday card templates to offer to my clients I had a brainstorm. Instead of spending those hours searching for the templates that fit my style and my brand why didn’t I channel those hours into actually creating the templates I was so desperately looking for? And then I remembered that I had just purchased a Cottage, was still running a booming photography business, had little mouths to feed, a husband to hang out with, and a social life I cared about. So I put that idea on the backburner.

Except that I didn’t. In fact, I’m not sure there is a backburner in this ol’ noggin of mine, as my mother and husband will painfully attest to. I’m a one-track mind girl all the way. So rather than forget about creating a line of ECP worthy templates on my own I decided to leave it in the hands of the professionals…and I hired a digital designer.

Enter Shelley Decker. I first met Shelley back in 2005 when our families were both station in Colorado Springs with the Air Force. I photographed her sweet boy back then and have enjoyed knowing her via blogs and Facebook ever since. When Shelley applied for the digital designer job I knew she would be the perfect fit. Not only does she get my style but she actually knows me in person…which means she knew what she was getting into. 😉

Shelley and I have worked tirelessly over the last few months to put together this set of holiday card templates. She has taken my fresh, clean, and fun vision and channeled it into the most amazing collection(s) of goodies you’ve ever seen! I’m so proud of what we’ve created together. And friends, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I can’t wait for you to see what we’re rolling out next. But all in good time…

So without further adieu, I’d like to introduce you to my newest baby, Clean Slate Designs.

Go ahead and click on the link, I’ll wait. That is, if you even bother to come back once you see those beauties!

There are three card collections over there, aptly named Fresh, Clean, and Fun. Each collection includes six cards, six address labels, three gift tags, and one piece of letterhead. They’re designed for photographers to use with their clients which is why there are six card templates per set. But if you’re not a professional, have no fear! We’ve also set up an Etsy shop where you can purchase the templates one at a time.

So what are you waiting for? Head over to the store! And take this coupon code with you: “hooray“. That’ll get you $10 off any purchase through this Friday the 28th!

Love! Personally I’m torn between Fresh Template 2 vs. 4 🙂 I don’t have Photoshop or any skills so I’ll have to get you to host a gallery so I can purchase them from you 🙂 These look great!

LOVE THESE! They are exactly as you say: fresh, clean & fun! 🙂 Congratulations on the new venture!

I held out on ordering any other cards because I KNEW I would love yours and of course… I DO! So I’m pouring over every little bit, taking it all in, and there we are, my own little family! The “Clean” set is my fave, but I actually do think I have to get all three. I love the extras you have included and so will my clients! So thank you and Shelley for such great work. Awesome debut! Can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us!

Quick question Erin: I’m not a pro, and the lab I used to use (the one Karen Russell recommended out near her) closed. Can you recommend a good lab for non-professionals? Thanks!

Stephanie, I would recommend MPIX.com for non-pros!

These are fabulous, I have been looking for something like this in the UK for a few years and never had any luck. Thank you so much, now my only problem is deciding which set to go for…..!
