ten on tuesday.

1. Wanna see my Valentine’s gift?

101_0202 101_0203 101_0204 101_0205 101_0208 101_0207

I’ll just say this. She has one amazing daddy. The ‘E’ is my favorite.

2. I’m now officially to the bottom of my to-do list. Do you wonder what’s at the bottom? Mainly pics to proof for friends. I’m baaaad about getting those done even though I really love to do it. I can see the light at the end though!

3. Speaking of my to-do list…I finally got around to updating the galleries on my website after, oh, 6 months of saying I wanted to get it done! Wanna see it?

Go ahead and click…you never know who you’ll find in there! =)

4. Wanna hear something funny about my website? In an attempt to increase my search engine optimization I’ve been messing around with some words, descriptions and meta-tags. Apparently I wasn’t paying very careful attention because the second sentence on the first flash page on my site reads like this: “Erin Cobb is a baby and child photographer servicing Huntsville, Alabama as well as Mad”. Of course, I meant for that to say “Madison County” but when words get cut off by templates you end up wondering if you should in fact hire the very unhappy photographer who services Huntsville, Alabama. Thank goodness for proofreading hubbies!

5. In blogging news…Joey emailed me this morning saying that Blurb is now slurping from Blogger again. Hooray! Thanks Joey!

6. Hey, local families – I’m putting some feelers out to see if anyone is up for Easter minisessions this year. Check the business blog for more.

7. I have a love/hate relationship with Girl Scout Cookies. I love to eat them. And hate to wear them. It’s a good/bad thing I bought six boxes!

8. New Ephraim walking prediction: 17 1/2 months. Let the record show that I’ve moved that up by about two weeks from my previous prediction of 18 months. He’s shown some progress this week which means he *might* walk by summer. 😉

9. Guess who’s headed to Montana on Thursday?!

10. Guess who’s crazy for taking a 15 month old on the plane with her?!

Isn’t it WINTER in Montana? I mean REAL winter! Have a great trip and visit!!

I love your 10 (and especially #9!)! And I could go for a sappy Valentine’s gift like yours, even if I do like my new faucet. I’m so excited to see you! Rich loaded the extra carseat into the car already and Hayden’s been saying “Ephraim’s seat. . . go see Ephraim!” for the last 2 days. Less than 48 hours now. . .

You need more William on your biz blog. He will OBVIOUSLY bring you lots more business since he is, after all, the cutest baby alive.

Erin, Love the shiner. A word about the girl scout cookies – I can top yours – I am the cookie mom for a troop of 14 third graders – and at this time I have approximately 1200 cookies in my garage. Have a great trip.

Hi there!

I saw number 9 on your list and thought I have to find out where in Montana you’re headed. Seeing as I’m moving there at the beginning of April and all. To Bozeman, can you believe it. Sing it with me now “It’s a small world after all”
Is this your first visit to Montana? If so, you’re in for a treat. It’s BEAUTIFUL!!!

P.S. You’re not so crazy for taking a 15 month old on the plane. At least he’s not walking yet so he won’t want to run instead of sitting still (much harder once they can run, when we had to fly to Montana last November, my almost 3 year old had a real hard time having to sit for so long)

Love the valentine! So cute 🙂

I love the E too! So sweet. Today Lucas was talking about Sarah Cobb and her vacuum and her toys. It was all about Sarah and the memories. 🙂

Have a ball in MT and good luck on the plane. Be sure to give the Shertzers big hugs from us too! We miss you all!!!

Love, J

Hey Erin, Just to ease your mind if you are the slightest bit worried…Zoe did not walk until 17 1/2 months. The little cutie simply sat around and squealed whenever she wanted any thing. She knew her brothers would bring it right to her. We eventually gave her no choice and made her walk (by holding our hands) to get what she wanted! It was quite traumatic, but she caught on very quickly. However, she still tries to squeal to get her brothers to do something for her, but it no longer works:) have a safe trip!

Yeah, thanks for the Blurb update…I’ve been waiting to do my 2008 blog book!!!
