how to get your run on.

For those of you who have asked about my journey into running, read more about it today over on The Creative Mama.

I had just started the Couch to 5K plan this week…so I extra loved your post there.

I just had my first child and unless I want to buy a whole new wardrobe, I need to lose the baby weight. My brothers are runners and are always telling me it’s in my blood and I need to do it. The couch to 5K program seems promising and your article really motivated me. When I get the okay from my midwife (I am 5 weeks post partum, c-section) I am going to get started.

Love your writing. I downloaded the C25K on my ipod back in April or May, but have yet to start it. Oops! 🙂

I’m so proud of you!

And I love that you now get such joy from running and understand why I love it so much. . . and that I’m not “crazy Shertzer!”

You’re going to do awesome!

Google photos of Ivyann Schwan (Trixie in Problem Child 2). She reminds me so MUCH of your little girl!
