don’t stop believin’

The Daddy of this house has cooked up another little dance video to share. It doesn’t contain quite the drama that the ballet recital did (slap fights, crying four year olds, and all) but it’s still nothing short of hilarious. Particularly if you’re fond of semi-graceful but very serious dancers who weave in and out of their not-at all-graceful little brothers and occasionally slam into walls. Oh and there are some patented Glee moves within the clip. Watch for them, they’re well worth the wait (about a 1:20 in). I’m getting her conditioned for auditions next year. 😉

This little movie was shot on the same day as our dance book which is why the backdrop paper is still hanging. The kiddos didn’t want to take it down. They think it transforms the family room into their own private dance hall.

You better watch it with those cuties. They are bound to be trouble. ; ) I love how she knows the words!

LaurenJuly 21, 2010 - 11:05 pm

Love it. And I love that she knows the words to the song! How cute is that! That will be soooo fun for the two of them to look back at one day! 🙂

I love that our kids know Journey songs thanks to Glee!

I’m new to your blogs and love them! I just had to comment on how much I love that Ephraim copies her Glee moves by the end! So cute!!

ellen pattonJuly 22, 2010 - 6:44 am

That was awesome! Next she’s going to be asking you for scissors so she can cut her sweatshirt and she’ll be dancing to “Flashdance”!

Did Sarah even notice that Ephraim was dancing along too?!? Your kids are uh-DORABLE.

SarahJuly 22, 2010 - 8:09 am

Oh.my.word. Is that not the cutest thing ever? Sarah is quite the performer! TFS!

NatalieJuly 22, 2010 - 8:27 am

Too cute! I heart glee! 🙂

Melissa MJuly 22, 2010 - 8:28 am

LOVE it! Love that Sarah sings along. Love that they think the backdrop paper is a stage and have to stay on it. Love when she holds her pose for a long note. Love how proud of herself she is. Love Ephraim running in circles. Love that Sarah pays no attention to Ephraim running around her. So adorable.

This looks JUST like my house. My daughter dancing around, while her little bro tries to get in on the action! Also have you been on the Glee Channel on Pandora? One of our family favorites! 🙂

KelliJuly 22, 2010 - 12:28 pm

So precious!!! Love this!

Katie RasmussenJuly 22, 2010 - 5:03 pm

LOL…love it! You definitely have a diva on your hands! Impressive that she knows a lot of the words. Riley watched it the first time with me and said, “More Sarah and Ephraim, please!” Although his pronunciation of Ephraim sounded more like Evan! He also kept pointing to Ephraim saying, “I want that one!” Three year olds crack me up 🙂

Another looonnggg time blog follower here who rarely comments but just had too! Sarah has some great moves for a little girl her age. This video made me smile! My DD that just turned 4 asks to “see” Sarah almost weekly. We have to come to the site and check her out. Ha Ha. Her favorite so far was Sarah’s forcast from the hotel room. 🙂
You have 2 beautiful children Erin. Absolutely precious!!
Lori

Oops, forgot to ask where you found the darling tutu..care to spill?

JordanJuly 24, 2010 - 1:00 am

All right, this video totally pulled me out of blog lurking to actual comment participation. I’ve been lurking since before Sarah was a year old, and I love love LOVE this video. Cute kids + Glee = complete win. 🙂

Mary VJuly 26, 2010 - 1:05 am

I think that is the cutest thing I have ever seen!

AlisonJuly 30, 2010 - 11:32 pm

Oh. My. Goodness. She’s so tasty, you could just eat her up with a spoon. B-Ro’s not bad, but Sarah is clearly the star here.
