for grama.

My mom just left our house after depositing our B-ro back home, safe and sound. He’s been with her for the last three days and nights. It was his first time to be at Grama’s house on his own and by all accounts he very much enjoyed being the star of the show.

Sarah was elated to have him back although I think that took a backseat to getting to spend an hour with Grama this afternoon. Grama drove 2 1/2 hours this morning to bring Ephraim back, took Sarah to Starbucks, played a few games with her and then turned around and made the trek back home. Not before a saddened Pi’bears forced out a few tears and hollers for her to stay. And, of course, not before I grabbed a few pictures of the grama/Sarah love.

Here’s a little post-visit interview with Sarah:

What’s Grama’s name? Terry.

OK. Confession. I’ve been reading your blog secretly, never commenting, since you were pregnant with B-Ro. I’m not a weirdo, but I do feel like I know you! I love photography, and have a strange desire to pack my family up and drive to Huntsville for a photo shoot with you (but that’s beside the point)–but this one made me cry! And I’m not even PMSie! Love it!
