Goin’ To the Dogs and Cats | Huntsville Mom About Town

Good morning loyal readers!! Have you missed me???? I have certainly missed you guys!!! It has definitely been a wild summer as I expected!!  Lots of exciting things going on in the ECP world!! We can’t wait to share everything over the next few weeks so just hold on to your hats!!!

Our latest Huntsville jewel is one that I personally think is pretty darn unique. Goin’ to the Dogs and Cats located at 814 Wellman Ave. in Huntsville’s 5 points area. It is a locally owned pet boutique that caters to pets and their families!!!

Goin’ to the Dogs and Cats specializes in indestructible toys and trust me these toys are just that because I thought my dog could tear anything up but these toys last!

They also have hard to find products as well as some of the newest items for pets!!

They feature high-quality pet foods, toys, treats, collars, grooming products, and even some stuff for humans.

The staff also does a lot of special ordering for customers and their needs for specific products!

Goin’ to the Dogs and Cats also likes to think of themselves as a great resource for any issues that your pet may have. They are happy to provide any ideas and information as well as directing people to services of other pet professionals in the area (pet sitters, trainers, etc).

They do a great amount  of work with local rescue groups and non-profits, providing space for events and coordinating some fund-raising activities.

Also every Saturday  in August from 10-2 they will have kitten adoptions at the shop through SNAP.

One of the awesome things that this pet boutique offers is an indoor dog bath. It is big  enough for a St. Bernard but built in such a way as to make it comfortable to wash a much smaller dog as well.

As part of this they will  provide the shampoo, towels, ear cleaner, and even have a professional dryer that you can use.

And with every $10 you spend you get a free nail trim for your pet! Gotta love free. =)

You can stay up to date with Goin’ to the Dogs and Cats on their very active Facebook page!

You might have seen some of their products featured in our “Style About Town” in Spark Magazine.

Did we mention that Erin shot the cover of that?!?!?!?! She did!!

If you have a special pet that you love be sure to pop into this fun pet loving place and tell them that we sent you!!

Lacy This happens to be Henry Nelson’s favorite place to get a bath! I don’t know what we did before I found this place – they have everything you need to thoroughly clean your pet!

Kelly Fun fact Erin (and Heather!) those fun toys in picture two are made right here in Bozeman MT :-)
