boys + daddy = wrestling. | huntsville children’s photographer

‘Tis the start of the season for sneak peeks that may possibly contain Christmas card photos. Since I don’t want to ruin the surprise for this fabulous family as to which image they’ll send out this year I’m skipping all the family shots. Which pains my soul. Truly. They are FAB-U-LOUS. I just may send out my own Christmas cards with their family photo on it this year.

My husband saw the images. He supports the idea.

Although that may only be because it would get him out of the dreaded self-timer family portrait drama. But I digress.

I will now feature a few of the images that I know will not be making the card cut this year. Starting with this one.

Pretty sure it’s not going on the card. But how cute are those boys?!

Yep, that one’s probably not making the card cut either. Although I’m pretty sure it sums up their relationship on any day of the week.

I can’t look at that one for too long. It makes me want my son to have a brother. Which would mean me having another child. Better just move on.

Wait, that one didn’t help either.

Last spring we got together to photograph these boys with their mama. This time it was Daddy’s turn. And if you have any boys in your house (or have ever even met a little boy) you know what that means…

Is this what you call a piledriver?

You know that old adage, “anyone can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a daddy“?   I think I know exactly what they meant.

Lisa Love these images. I must say, I have two boys and one fun husband (and daddy to them) and wrestling like this goes on alllll the time. For a mom, it can get tedious, but seeing the joy on their faces and the connections with dad like you see in these pics..well, it’s worth it..until someone gets hurt. LOL. but seriously, love it. these kids love their dad tremendously and it’s precious to see. K I L L E R bokeh on that second to last shot, Erin!
