big sister | huntsville heirloom portraits

I recently had the opportunity to create a beautiful set of heirloom portraits for a dear friend of mine whose 5 year old was just days away from losing her first tooth. It was a scramble to get the session scheduled before that wobbly little thing came out. As it turns out, I think it was lost on the very next day! We headed to one of my favorite Huntsville fields to capture portraits that would perfectly showcase this sweet little girl without the distractions of background or scenery…

This child’s eyes and smile can really light up a rom. She’s such a natural beauty from the inside out.

The same can be said for her little sister. I’ll be seeing her in the same dress and same spot in a couple of years I believe.

And in five years we’ll recreate the whole thing with their third sister whose birth we’re awaiting as I type…

And I can’t think of a better big sister and role model for those girls to have than her…

Happy Lost Tooth, my friend! You’re a beautiful FIVE.

Stephanie @ La Dolce Vita How perfectly lovely and charming! I think it’s a little sad that muchbofvthe country has lost this tradition of little girls in sweet white dresses like this. Lovely lovely photos.

tiera I just love your work. It is so clean and just beautiful!
