Yesterday I met up with one of my favorite families to celebrate this little one turning a year old…
I’ve been looking forward to this session ever since her birth. And for that matter, ever since her big sister had her own first birthday session!
(Now she’s almost three and still lighting up my camera.)
We took this opportunity to update their family portrait…
And then it was back to the precious birthday girl. (WHERE do I get lips like that?!) 
At the end of the session we slipped her into a dress that once belonged to her mama. And it must have some sort of mama magic in it because the minute we set her down she took 3 or 4 steps right in a row…and record for her!
Way to go baby girl. And happy birthday!
